Assisting lead surveyor in valuations, payments, cost reporting and general day to day surveying.
Procurement, valuations, how to assess a payment, progress of a site, communication, teamwork, construction understanding.
Really enjoy it - much happier than I was in my previous role.
Structured well within my office, however seems to not be much support from the head office who set up the programme originally.
