Making sure that the shiff runs good and making sure that all the staff members are doing there job corret and making sure that the kitchen is clean and making sure that all the food is going out right and hot making sure there to spec
I have developed more cofiand in my shelf and different ways to talk to other staff member and understanding more of the paper work and ording food
