I manage shifts, lead a team and keep on top of all health and safety in the business. I help improve staff skill and motivation I look at stocks, plan a rota, complete orders of products needed all back of house too.
I’ve learnt more about leadership and management styles, how I can incorporate them into my jobs role and see how they improve the teams work ethic
I really enjoy this programme and I think it’s a great opportunity to get a qualification whilst still working.
Very well organised and structured. I was communicated with the whole way through and felt like I had lots of support.
If I need the support from my employer, I get it.
A lot. Any time I needed help, I could email and I would get the support I needed straight away via email or a phone call.
Everything I’ve learnt I take on board and I believe will/ is making me a better manager
