Cash handling, key handler, opening pub, stock rotation, customer service, closing pub, banking at the end of night, changing barrels, cellar line cleaning, accepting orders, kitchen shifts including opens and closes. Checking kitchen close downs at the end of shift, training new staff and attending meetings with area manager and other managers
End of night cash handling and banking . I've also carried out internal people management training which I have found really useful
