Managing staff, preparing and cooking food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing kitchen hygiene, stock management and ordering.
Learnt to look deeper into the day to day tasks I complete and view it from a business perspective
I enjoy learning new things and looking deeper into things, I am finding the program insightful and helpful
I like how it’s structured into the different modules
Apprenticeship through work are heavily encouraged, I’ve not required a lot of support but I know it’s there if I need it
Tutor has reassured me and let me know I’m there if I need any help or support from him
I feel like it’s all relevant for my role and it’s relevance will only become more apparent the further I move up
