I support the management team in running the pub, learning and growing as a manger to become a more senior member of the management team

I have learnt more about the financial aspects and I believe it has pushed me to become more involved with the pub generally

I really enjoy learning and have found it to be an excellent addition to my day to day work life

Very good but can be difficult using multiple platforms

They have made time for me to do work inside my rota and lots of support from managers if I need help
