I run shifts within a 5 star restaurant providing gold standard food, providing happy feel good moments for every customer we receive. I monitor sales, labour, and company targets to make sure they are all being achieved
I've learnt many skills, I've improved my confidence levels leaps and bounds since I started within McDonalds 6 years, I've learnt how to manage different types of people and how to read certain situations and deal with difficult and conflicting issues within the workplace
The programme so far has been very good, it has lots of helpful tools and looking ahead at some of the other parts of the course I can see how it is going to benefit me in the long run and really help me to develop my knowledge and skills
Very organised with each sub topic having due dates and they all lead on nicely from each other making it easier to remember everything
Lots of support I am dedicated 1 day a week where I have 8 hours to work through my system for work and also through my apprenticeship work
Sometimes support can be difficult but the majority of the time they are very helpful
It will help me to have a wider understanding as to how the business is run
