  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I have been actioning ADI’s for new suppliers which I have not worked on in the past such as Manor mix, bretts, Cappagh, quattro & days. I always made sure timesheets are in on time and remembering to run the plant engines on Tuesday

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • At the beginning I have found ADI’s challenging due to task codes being invalid however have tackled this by noting down the invalid task code against the correct one to use. Another task I found challenging was the timesheets initially due to rate changes, I however have noted this all down with details so I know going forward to not make the mistake again of inputting an incorrect rate.

  • My time at Balfour has been enjoyable as I have had the opportunity to take on more challenging tasks such as taking on more ADI upload work, as well as juggling that with my plant timesheets and the weekly plant report. Also I have been able to make good progress within my AAT level 3 which I will hope to complete by end of 2022 and then I will wanna move on to AAT level 4 asap.
