My role is finance as I pay invoices off to supplier for martial, Plant, equipment and Bulk for the M4 Smart motorway Job. Using software such as R12 for invoicing and finance. Making sure suppliers are getting paid on time and checking the invoice if we are paid correctly.
Using a big software like R12 to pay off invoices for such a big project. Understanding the business of Balfour Beatty and how it works.
Gaining the experiences and knowledge within the finance industry.
Very well as it's how I wanted to be such when gaining experiences within the industry and qualification.
I receive lots of help from my employer when I'm not sure what task i'm doing or if I don't understand.
I received good amount of support from my tutor when came to gaining a qualification.
Helped with my knowledge within the finance role and would help me to use that within my Job.
