I have learnt many new technical skills so far

I am enjoying the first year so far. I feel a high level of satisfaction after learning a new skill

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship as a whole is well structured as BMW has laid out. The first year which is organised by BMET has much room for improvement especially BTEC delivery.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel like BMW supports me very well throughout my apprenticeship so far. The regular reviews ensure any issues can be spoken about.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As a whole the support is fairly good from tutors to help achieve the qualification

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the BTEC units in our qualification helps us with jobs carried out in the workshop
