    • i have learnt lots of new skills specialised for the job role after completion

    • the course, tutors and other students all make my apprenticeship very enjoyable, learning new things everyday

    • in the workshop it is very well organised, the college theory work is less organised

    • we have regular meetings with our employer and we can go and see them about any issues

    • we have reviews with the tutors every few weeks to track progress

    • we are quite behind on the course on the theory side and it has a knock on effect on the rest of the course

    • yes but not had change to get involved yet due to covid but they will be returning

    • its an enjoyable apprenticeship, learning a wide variety of skills and is very engaging

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?

    • go for it, its a great apprenticeship and there are a wide range opportunities available after completion of the apprenticeship
