Managing day to day activities on site and ensuring we stay on track and within programme. Host DAB's on a morning and do site inductions, solve any blockers that arise on site and manage logistics and deliveries on site.
Previous job experience was in drama and retail so have learnt so much since starting. With the ability to move to different projects I am always learning new things and am able to take knowledge which I learn onto different jobs with different teams.
Couldn't recommend it more to people looking to do an apprenticeship. Support from my line manager and emerging talent team is so great and there are so many opportunities at Mace.
Training schedule is sent out at the start of the year so have plenty of notice as to when training sessions are. If things are changed then we are given plenty of notice so that diaries an be moved around.
Line manager is very supportive, always on hand to help if needed and will take on board any issues that I may have. Emerging talent team are also amazing, responses are quick and are always there to answer or clarify issues that any of us may have.
University are great, we have check ins ever few months to see how we are progressing. Our course director and lecturers make sure we know they are there for us when we need it and will answer any questions we have.
The knowledge we learn at university you then get to see first hand when on site so helps to retain what we have learnt.
Lots of groups that you can join, or example I am part of the Women at Mace group.

Very good employer overall and a very good apprenticeship scheme.
Be yourself as much as you can. They want to see your personality and your drive to become successful.
