My day to day role consists of a variety of difference tasked to ensure the successful delivery of each of my projects for example report work, liaising with the team, working closely wit the client.
I have learnt many skills more importantly, organisational skills, how to be the best type of leader and to be more confident
I really enjoyed my programme, I often volunteer to do talks to secondary school students to apply for Mace as I've enjoyed it thoroughly and it's a really good opportunity
The programme is well structured and every senior member ensures that you get the most out of the programme
Mace is a very support employer. especially at all levels from your directors to line manager and your team.
I've received good support I am now coming up to graduations so often have 1 to 1's with my lecture to keep on track
it does help, to keep the information relevant and you can also use your day to day to support your university works so both work well hand in hand
At Mace there are lots of social events for example Breakfast with your sector directors, sports events such as netball, networking events a loads more
Yes
I would recommend Mace to friend and family. I started when I was 19 now nearly 25, I've learn so much over the years and progressed so well and Mace have been supportive for the whole journey and take time to develop each individual apprentice.
My advise would be to go for it! Take time with your application process don't rush it
