i answer customers on phones, web chat, emails- admin and customer service based- very interactive with people
i have developed on my IT and maths and english skills and proves in my work
i keep learning every day which i love
very organised- always know what is required of me
i receive a lot of support- get every wednesday to do my studies
i get a lot of support- through teams, emails and phone calls, always very helpful
if i didnt have my programme along side myself i wouldnt of learnt as much- very affective
there are well being groups to join, charity walks etc
