I do enjoy it, sometimes it’s difficult on zoom but overall I love it

Very organised, I know what topic is always next, when my next meeting is etc

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager helps me a lot, I do skills endorsement sheets with her which are super helpful

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot, I can contact her any time I wish if I’m struggling with something, if not I always have an 1 hour zoom call with her every month

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me know more about the industry not just about the company

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We do a lot of sport charity events for GOSH
