I currently care for a young boy with cerebral palsy I also work on rapid response caring for people who have just coming out of hospital on a temporary basis to enable rehabilitation
I have definitely learnt how to use technology more especially with the job we do at the moment it’s all based on our phones

It’s extremely organised and structured
I have not received any support from my employer I’m only asked my trainer for support
My training provider has been excellent and helps me all along the way
Any experience and information regarding a job role it’s always invaluable, I have learnt a lot of rules and regulations regarding care and how these change over the years
There are currently no out of work activities
Yes
I love my job at Amg they’re good company to work for you would need to be hard-working and reliable As we work with vulnerable clients 365 days a week
The only tips I would say Is It is not easy and you have to be committed and reliable
