I have gained confidence and communication skills throughout my apprenticeship. I struggled with these previously.
Had a tough start but due to a change in tutor, it is much more enjoyable, and I am getting the work done now.
Now it is very good. For the first few months of my apprenticeship it was difficult as there was no real structure. A change in tutor has fixed this.
A lot. Any time I need help it is given, and free time is given to me to complete my work in office hours.
My new tutor is great. Any time I am struggling I can email/call them and they will be on hand to help me right away.
It is helping me gain new skills. Especially time management. Knowing I’ve got multiple things to do, it helps me manage my time and prioritise the more important tasks.
There is not extra-curricular activities but we do spend time together as an office group by going to the pub after work or out for a meal together.

A business that cares about its employees and cares massively about the quality of care and support that is delivered.
To just do it because they won’t regret it!
