Yes I have developed my knowledge of safe guarding and risk assessments
I have found the knowledge I've gained very useful on a day to day basis the support I've had from my tutor has been great
It has been great i found it a little daughting at first but with the support to break it down I've found it has been easy to manage alongside my job
I have ongoing support from my management and work colleagues
My Assessor has been fantastic she has always replied promptly to my emails or texts and given full support and encouragement
It has given me alot of confidence to achieve my daily goals and targets within my job
Yes my employers have alot if additional training sessions to take part in
