Help customer sort their bills and get great value in their sky packages. I answer calls to help support customers needs. I am responsible for ensuring i am fully compliant in what i am doing in customers accounts and doing the right things
I have gained confidence skills and most of all communication skills
I enjoy this programme a lot. I love the people here and the tasks that come with the job
I feel this programme has a great structure. The link between work and college is good and they relate to one another.
