I am responsible for assisting the rest of the management team to ensure the shift runs smoothly. This could be organising the staff, taking in delivery’s and processing orders.
People management, organisational skills, time management.

For me personally I enjoy my job. It’s really flexible which helps with childcare. I can learn so much too which could help with future jobs. I also think the pay is very good too.
Go in with an open mind. Learn and ask questions. Take the opportunity to progress along the career ladder. Make new friends and meet new people!
