I have developed soft skills, technical skills, management skills, and technical skills in a industrial setting.

The apprenticeship is structured.
Support, guidance and help is always welcoming accepted. There is a trainee manager, as well as placement coordinator along side departmental managers.
The university itself supports exceptionally well. The lecturers so far, have delivered a highly comprehensive experience.
Without knowledge of engineering theory, a engineering role would be difficult.
There is a primary committee, AWASA, which supplies any social activities, sports teams, and professional networking events. In addition to this, there is a STEM and environmental committee.
