My day to day role includes, planning raw materials for delivery to our Bradford and Grimsby sites, I must raise purchase orders and review tank levels to ensure deliveries will be acceptable.
I have learnt many new skills, which have allowed me to thrive on SAP and Microsoft office, Solenis have allowed me to develop my skills whilst completing my course work and finding a healthy balance.
I thoroughly enjoyed my programme, it was a fantastic experience where Solenis always put learning above all. This was a highlight of the apprenticeship as it was always put before operational duties.
My programme was very well organised and structured, I had a plan set out to gain experience in several different departments which was achieved
I had a lot of support from my employer with all needs of the apprenticeship and work life, they have been flexible and reliable.
My training provider has been very average since the start of my apprenticeship. My employer recognized this and took all the measures they could to rectify it.
