My role is to learn different departments within our company and how each area is involved in the process of selling and making out products

I enjoy it a lot it’s very challenging and I’m not left bored or alone to do something
It could be better, my plan has been structured but actually been set in place and been done isn’t good
I receive as much support as I need
as much as I need, they are then when I need help and always reply when. They can and push me to keep going
It helps me look at what I’m doing in my job role with understanding. I know why we do them and how it can benefit our company
