How to use Total Stations and GPS and Levels
Most of the time, I really enjoy work however sometimes it may get hard as it is difficult being a female in construction.
My college is in Hull so it is quite difficult to do all my college lessons over the internet. I have not yet had a progress meeting with my manager after a year.
I receive a lot of support from HR and there are lots of options online for support however my mentor is a trainee himself so sometimes its difficult to get all the support i need.
My training provider takes a very long time to mark my work and it tends to make me fall behind. Communication is a very big problem at my college and I have had 4 different tutors in one year.
My qualification relates to my work however what I'm learning currently is more buildings instead of highways.
