My role is to maintain,renew and fix freight trains. My role will involve checking the trains,cleaning them renewing or replacing parts of the train.
I have learnt a lot of skills such as how to replace a gearbox or how to fit a sandite pump on a module.
I enjoy my programme a lot
My programme is oraganised and structured however the college days can sometimes be a little unorganised from time to time
I receive a lot of support and knowledge from my employer.
I receive a fair amount from my training provider.
It allows me to feel more confident,gain experience aswell as learning the more theoretical part of my role.
Yes there are plenty of things to do to get involved.

As they allow you to gain experience to learn around good people who will help you to become the best you can aswell as being a company who try’s there best to help the interest and ambitions of there employers for there job role.
To be able to talk about your hobbies and ambitions aswell as experience but to talk in your interview as if you already know the person as they like confidence and someone that they feel will get along and work well within a team of workers.
