Yes, in this role I have definitely improved on my team work skills and developed and early understanding of the working environment. I have learnt lots of new skills and had new experiences that will help me with my career.

I think the structure for the apprentices is great here at solenis, there’s a lot of support for apprentices and overall I think it’s a great opportunity for young people like myself.
our employer gives us lots of opportunities to do diffrent things here at solenis, so things like visiting schools and showing people outside the business what we do. I always feel valued and supported by my colleagues.
our training provider is great, they really know what there doing and there always here to keep me on track. The teachers are always on hand to help on anything that anyone is stuck on or doesn't make sense. I never feel unable to ask for help.
I feel the qualification perfectly enhances my role.
