Checking guests in, dealing with negative and positive feedback. Working as a strong team. Dealing with any inquiries guests have either over the phone, via email or face to face. Dealing with a lot of finance on the computer and making sure daily tasks are complete everyday.
Yes, ever since I started my apprenticeship 2 years ago with my level 2, I have gained a lot of confidence within my job role. But no doing the level 3 apprenticeship I developed a lot more management skills whilst at work.
I thoroughly enjoy it! I love working with my coach, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]! She is amazing and always there to help me and get me through any problems I might have with the course.
It is brilliant. I have my days set of when I speak to my coach [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]. She gives me a list of things to do on my email which is handy. She also reminds me of things I have coming up which I think is amazing especially if your a forgetful person.
Not a lot. I do all the work myself.
I get her full support! [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is an amazing coach and helps me the best she can with everything. I feel comfortable asking her questions and she is so understanding and breaks things down for me.
Well as I said before when starting my level 2 apprenticeship 2 years ago, it helped my grow my confidence. Now I have that confidence the level 3 is leading me to better things as I am now working towards manager role.

Whitbread are an amazing company to work for. They look after there employees and I have been working for the company for 3 years now and honestly cannot fault them. Even through the tough times of covid they most defiantly looked after there employees. So that's why I would 100% recommend anybody to work for Whitbread.
Nothing as I cannot fault Whitbread. All I will say is they are to be very lucky if they are an employee for Whitbread.
