I have learnt so much since starting my apprenticeship in November 2021 as well as developing existing skills like working in a team and speaking in front of peers.
I feel so blessed to have this opportunity. I really do enjoy it.
Considering this is a new programme for direct line, it is extremely well structured and organised.
My employer have been so supportive, they believe in me and push me to do and be my best.
I will be honest, as it stands at the moment we haven't had much support from the training provider. We have 1 work shop every 2 weeks which is a group session and other than that we have no contact with the provider.
I feel grateful that direct line are giving us the opportunity to receive and work for these qualifications as they will help me in my future with my role as they give me a better understanding within insurance.
I have been getting involved with the environmental team where we look at ways at being more green!
