Cleaning, and setting hotel rooms up for the next guest staying. Usually you strip the room out from the previous guest and set it up again clean and tidy for the new guest staying that night.
I have learnt more in depth about my job and company, I’ve gained a handful of skills, learning better ways to clean, stock count etc I’ve learnt about customer service and brand standards
I really enjoy my programme, it’s always good to learn about the job your in! And what surrounds it, it gives me more knowledge for when needed
