It involves carrying out day to day activities including monitoring a chemical process through a computing systems. Problem solving if any problems occur and adding manual charges into the the process.
I have developed many existing skills such as communication, teamwork and time keeping. However, I have learnt new skills such as how to be health and safety aware within my environments.
I throughly enjoy my program as everyone is really helpful and free and I feel like I can go to anyone with anything I need help with
It is very organised and structured as we have set time limited targets and monthly meetings and reviews to understand where we are and where we should be
I get a lot of support from all my co-workers and college staff
I got lots of support from very knowledgeable tutors
It helps me in my role to understand what is going on within the chemical processes which I am monitoring
