In our role we go to different placements and learn the department for 6 months as an engineer
Learnt new CATIA and other software skills and developed my engineering knowledge in the classroom and at work
I enjoy the program, but I believe a pay review is needed
It is a very well structured program, Yeovil college can sometimes be a problem but not Leonardo
We receive a lot of support from Leonardo in both work and education
A lot of support, there are buddy and mentor systems that are designed to help as well
The qualification is closely linked to the role and the work completed in education can be applied in the role
We do STEM, volunteering, and social events with the trainee committee AWASA
Yes
It is a good entrance to the aerospace world and gets you good qualifications
Be sure that this type of engineering is what you want and do your research
