    • In our role we go to different placements and learn the department for 6 months as an engineer

    • Learnt new CATIA and other software skills and developed my engineering knowledge in the classroom and at work

    • I enjoy the program, but I believe a pay review is needed

    • It is a very well structured program, Yeovil college can sometimes be a problem but not Leonardo

    • We receive a lot of support from Leonardo in both work and education

    • A lot of support, there are buddy and mentor systems that are designed to help as well

    • The qualification is closely linked to the role and the work completed in education can be applied in the role

    • We do STEM, volunteering, and social events with the trainee committee AWASA

    • It is a good entrance to the aerospace world and gets you good qualifications

    • Be sure that this type of engineering is what you want and do your research
