On a day-to-day basis i have regular calls and meeting with my team and stakeholders. I have email queries which I have to deal.
I have defiantly developed my confidence whilst being an apprentice at WTW. This is because I have been pushed out of my comfort zone by hosting meeting and meeting many new people.
I find it great that i am able to gain a qualification whilst working and earning money. However, at times it can be challenging.
I do not feel the structure of the programme is very well organised. This is because we haven't been given ANY opportunities to meet the other apprentices. I think this would help us all bond together and help relate to eachother.
