Leading Team Leaders and around 80 people to manage and resolve customer complaints and enabling them in achieving squad key performance metrics in a quality and compliant way. Also communicating key changes in the business so people feel involved and informed through working virtually.
I would say I've developed exisiting skills as within the apprenticeship I secured promotion from Team Manager to Squad Lead. I've therefore developed skills as changed to coaching and leading Team Managers as well as working with different stakeholders.
It wasn't a great start to the progrramme as was in essence told we'd no choice in completing the qualification yet I'm glad I perservered. Once it recommenced through lockdown, I really enjoyed it.
I found the structure with [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my coach worked well for me. She took me through the qualifying criteria and always ensured we talked about relevant work examples that demonstrated my skills, knowledge and abilities in each area.
A significant amount and what was also good about this was colleagues I work alongisde with were also on the same journey so we could support one another where it was needed.

It validated for me that I am actually every good at what I do and being able to capture the examples will help me in future careers. This confidence has certainly helped me perform better.
I'm aware there are virtual events though could not give the specifics as to what they are.

I've worked for E.ON for almost 24 years and find the work/life balance superb and it's like actually working with hyour family. My son joined the company years ago and is advancing his career at EON Next.
Be authentic and show your passion for customers and doing the right things at the right time. Be brave to question and challenge.
