Working as an actual engineer, given tasks with a low skill floor but also a high ceiling for those who like to push themselves. We have so much support and are put in an amazing environment to thrive.
CAD, programming, time management, lab report writing, punctuality
I love it, it's really fun and allows me to use my creativity properly.
It's very new so there are a few hiccups, but because the cohort is so small and the staff are so great, problems can be sorted out very quickly and easily. (For newer years)
Insane amount. Regular 1:1s with our managers and literally any member of staff we want, especially lecturers. We tend to work closely with our line managers, so they are always there to help us.

It gives us the skills, knowledge and confidence to do actual work.
They will fund literally anything, this is not a joke. There are loads of clubs and sporting activities.
