We rotate through different engineering teams across 3 streams, electronic, mechanical and software. You learn people and practical skills.
I have learnt communication and confidence skills that i did not have before. i also have a greater technical and practical understanding.
I enjoy the verity of work that we do and the projects and teams are good, i enjoy the academic side less so.
A lot is planned out from the beginning and a lot is done very spontaneously. there is little wiggle room for moving things as we are very busy.
We receive a lot of support from our employer both for technical and emotional issues.
We get 2 days a week to work on academics and revision weeks before exams
some of the academics is applicable in the work place however it is easier to learn from the workplace
