1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The main focus of my role is to provide analytical insight into the Morrisons account’s commercial performance whilst collaborating with and influencing colleagues from Sales, Supply Chain and Finance. By supporting these key colleagues I can offer key financial insight to aid decision making that supports the company’s overall mission.

Earned two qualifications (exams), developed coding and power bi skills. Developed existing excel knowledge

I enjoyed the programme overall, it contained a variety of topics and methods of learnings

Well organised overall. Sometimes the requirements of the programme did conflict with work requirements such as month end which made it difficult to balance

Received support to attend the modules and sessions. Sometimes workload impacted my ability to fully commit to the apprenticeship

Lots of support, guidance from coach, quick responses
