I work on a support team where I play an integral role in fixing calls and producing RfEs in tight deadlines.
C#.NET, SQL, Java, Jscript, Jquery all been learnt since starting - Training all the time
I completely love this programme - It absolutely towers over any others.
Extremely - We are so valued. We are the future and so much time and money has been invested in so many young people, it's a vision and it's happening right now, and they want us to be at the centre of it all.
Very structured, the objectives are clear and what is expected is clear. Very well thought out and benefits us the most.
Lots, QA are a great company and we work closely with them for our training modules. The assessors are really friendly, understanding and supporting and have built up a relationship with Capgemini.
Each member of the team, bosses, colleagues - Every person in Capgemini that I have met is willing to help me, listen to me, and just generally be interactive and friendly. We are encouraged to talk if any problems and 1 of the core values of the company is honesty. There is so much support going on for us all over the company.
I believe this is one of the best paying apprenticeships going. We are treated like employees, just at the bottom rung of the ladder, where we are expected to push on and progress quickly. It is an attractive package for someone so young.
I do not understand this question.
Yes
Capgemini value young people, they want you to succeed and drive you to any goal you would like, supporting the entire way. Everyone along the way will be supportive, and training and time will be invested in you.
Work. Your. Socks. Off - For this company. They will make it up to you in no time.
