I'm an R&D Director. I am responsible for developing new products and improving current products.
I have increased my knowledge of business practices and theory. I have been able to utilise this knowledge in my day to day work.
Althought its hard work, I find the programme very enjoyable.
The programme could be better structured, particulary the pathway discussions and practices
I have received an adequate level of support from my employer.
I have recived an adequate level of suppot from my training provider.
The qualification has significantly improved my ability to carry my role.
