I have worked here since I was 16 and they have always been supportive. There are so many career opportunities and you feel supported the whole way. You also get amazing opportunities like this apprenticeship to help take you to that next level.
You do not need experience, just be friendly and enthusiastic. Know about the company and be able to talk about transferable skills.
