My role requires me to administer our LMS platform. This means that I will when required make changes to any online learning, ensure the platform is running at full performance, users are able to log in and complete their training, review current learning to ensure it is relevant and fit for purpose and investigate and resolve any issues from team members.
Since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt new skills such as project management, how to be a consultant and the language of Learning & development.
My programme is really good. Learning is at a good pace and I feel like I am learning something. It's not all about reading something, you are required to do, which makes you feel like you are achieving what you are learning.
The programme is very well structured. Monthly meeting with your coach are great and encouraging. The support is great too
Whitbread is fully committed to giving me the time to complete my apprenticeship programme and fully support further learning when you ask.
The support I receive is great and very much appreciated, especially when needing to do my Math's and English exams again, there has been constant support and resources given to me. During my monthly meetings with my coach I feel encouraged and supported.
This qualification so far has given me more confidence to speak out and get involved with business projects
There are events sch as networking events I can attend, there are also external events I can attend where Whitbread support my attendance.
Yes
Whitbread is a great company to work for. I have been here for 17 years and have seen the company change and evolve for the future. It cares for it's team members
