I am a Waiter at the Oasthouse. I do daily tasks such as pouring drinks for customers, taking ordering from customers, cleaning down tables, cleaning basic crockery etc. I am always interacting with customers making sure there visit is excellent. i am also always interacting with my colleagues. communicating with my colleagues is very important. this ensures that we all get our jobs done perfectly. The responsibility of taking orders and looking after guests is very important. if a guest is not happy it my responsibility to ensure that I solve the problem.

I receive a lot of support from my Managers and my mentor. couldn't ask for more. The guidance i get and the general attitude towards my learning is just outstanding.
I get a lot of support for my training. if I don't understand something my mentor will guide me through it without telling me the answer so I can understand it in my own way.
The training i have been provided has increased my ability at work making me work even harder and having a better understanding of my industry.
Not that I know of.
Yes
This is because the amount of support and understanding they provide you with is outstanding. not all companies provide so much help to employees and I'm very grateful to be apart of this community.
Be confident, don't be shy to ask questions or for help.
