I start with care at 07:00 and then from 11:00-17:00 I’m in the office. Doing schedules, reviews, spot checks, comms audits. Speaking with clients and there families. It’s a good variety of caring and admin.

It’s a wonderful place to work, very friendly office team and management. Available when you need a chat. Open door policy. Good training and you can get extra qualifications if you want to.
Be open minded, it’s not easy at times, but it’s always rewarding. You go home knowing that you have made a difference in someone’s life.
