    • I work in 6 month placements around the business under different supervisors. I work on task based around safety and inventory management

    • I have gained skill in presenting, time management, working independently and others

    • I enjoy my program mostly. The work is rewarding and the environment is friendly.

    • The work aspect of my program is well managed, the education side can be disorganized and confusing.

    • I have been offered support at every opportunity.

    • Hit and miss with different lectures. Some are very helpful however some do the bare minimum.

    • My degree will be essential for my work after I have finished the apprenticeship.

    • Learn to manage your time well, as the balance of nvq 4, degree and full time work is challenging
