Carrying out customer installs and repairs on copper and fibre network
This is a new career for me but with the help of my buddy I developed on my basic knowledge and progressed well
The programme is a mix of on the job and off the job. On the job is more enjoyable and helps me learn valuable skills
Pretty well organised. Could have done with more information on the course at the beginning as a lot of stuff was not explained properly.
As much as I need
Feels like we could do with more at times but this is due to the lack of explanation and information on the program at the beginning
Not at all. The on the job training helps me. I am being paid peanuts to do the same job a trained engineer does
Not that I know of
Yes
Because it is a good company and the work is enjoyable
Only do it if you really want to. Too many new recruits that don’t realise what they are getting into.
