PepsiCo is a great firm to work for since it provides opportunities for learning and job advancement. However, the first few years were difficult to be honest with because there were not enough opportunities. However, many things are changing in teams, and PepsiCo's approach has shifted many people's mindsets. So I consider myself fortunate to have this opportunity to pursue a career development strategy. Apprenticeship training is also beneficial.
I would advise that if you want to see yourself in a good position and are passionate about your job, you should take advantage of these possibilities and work hard.
