My job involves, taking phone calls, making phone calls to engineers, telling them to pick up the jobs, allocate them jobs , plan out the jorneys.
yep I did, I learned taking and receiving calls. Solving complex situations, which consist of many scenarios. I have learned using new software's for planning,, annotating graphs, number crunching and manty more.
I enjoy it that fact, Im working at one of the biggest company in UK. The largest telecommunication there is. The laugh, the team co ordinations and many things are perfect
To be precise, I don't think they thought of it tre. The reason behind that is, the support was very hard at the beginning of planning phase. I didn't get Apprentiship time towards FS2 math, the expectations do it my apprentice time, but I was busy with other assignments. I did get enough time to revise it was at the end it was hectic. Ideally the apprentiship should have given me enough time to revise every week for few hours, but I didn't get time.
in Planning it was weird struggling 1st,then it went perfect, I received the support after which get me. At the beginning of the apprentice year at my interview, I was told, I will get time every week to do math. But I haven't, instead had to do it my time, which I found very hard to cram it in on my day of. I should have got revisions like 2 hours every week. But other then that, I pretty much, got decent support.
Planning 2nd half was good. Allocation, was decent, Im happy with that :) But then again ,maths was hard.
Em I think its decent, working hard so yeah lol lets see how it goes :)
