Overall my job role can be tough as there are different challenges everyday. However, this is made better as I have a good team around me that I can have a laugh with. I have many responsibilities which have to be maintained daily.
I have developed communication skills as well as management skills massively. My order management is at a high level due to the skill I am currently doing.
It is enjoyable to an extent as the work is very hard. The thing that keeps me going is knowing I will be on a better wage at the end of the apprenticeship and I will also be competent in 3 different skills.
The programme is fairly structured and I have no experienced any problems in this regard.
Support is always there when required and I feel as though my manager is there for me to talk to at all times even when she might have a lot on her plate, she will always try to make time.
My training provider is helpful and ensures I am happy inside of work and outside of work.
It helps in certain aspects. For example, when I started I learnt about rules and regulations within an office environment and also learnt about office culture etc.
There isn't much, we've been on team lunches to help team bonding. However, there are many things that are planned and being worked on.
Yes
I feel as though the apprenticeship is a good stepping stone in terms of progressing and the company offers many benefits to its employees,
The job is not easy and you have to earn your spot.
