  • Overall my job role can be tough as there are different challenges everyday. However, this is made better as I have a good team around me that I can have a laugh with. I have many responsibilities which have to be maintained daily.

  • I have developed communication skills as well as management skills massively. My order management is at a high level due to the skill I am currently doing.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It is enjoyable to an extent as the work is very hard. The thing that keeps me going is knowing I will be on a better wage at the end of the apprenticeship and I will also be competent in 3 different skills.

  • The programme is fairly structured and I have no experienced any problems in this regard.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support is always there when required and I feel as though my manager is there for me to talk to at all times even when she might have a lot on her plate, she will always try to make time.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is helpful and ensures I am happy inside of work and outside of work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps in certain aspects. For example, when I started I learnt about rules and regulations within an office environment and also learnt about office culture etc.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There isn't much, we've been on team lunches to help team bonding. However, there are many things that are planned and being worked on.

  • Yes

  • I feel as though the apprenticeship is a good stepping stone in terms of progressing and the company offers many benefits to its employees,

  • The job is not easy and you have to earn your spot.
