My role in Openreach is planning and arranging for jobs to go out. This includes booking traffic management / tree cutting or scaffolding. I arrange for them to meet my engineer on site and set a permit up for them.
Ive learnt lots of differently new skills and developed my existing skills too.
i enjoy what i do as im training so often i jump from different parts of the company. Often things can go wrong with jobs so you need to be on the ball all the time.
Fairly well organised however often things can go wrong and there is a few things id do to improve so this doesnt happen,
i receive lots of support from my employer and can ask if i feel i need anything.
