1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role in Openreach is planning and arranging for jobs to go out. This includes booking traffic management / tree cutting or scaffolding. I arrange for them to meet my engineer on site and set a permit up for them.

Ive learnt lots of differently new skills and developed my existing skills too.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy what i do as im training so often i jump from different parts of the company. Often things can go wrong with jobs so you need to be on the ball all the time.

Fairly well organised however often things can go wrong and there is a few things id do to improve so this doesnt happen,

i receive lots of support from my employer and can ask if i feel i need anything.

I receive a bit of support but could possibly do with more

It gives us a better understanding of our job role and where we can be if we do well.

Yes, they aim to make teams go out and do things together which is good and makes you closer as a team.
