The role is varied and required flexibility which I thoroughly enjoy, as I like to keep things new and interesting.
The programme is very well structured, and the organisation of the programme has been fairly decent.
Fantastic support is provided by my employer. There are many services available to be referred to that covers multiple areas of support, including financial, mental health and physical health support.
Support is always readily available during the working week via emails or calls.
The qualification helps me perform better by providing me with the necessary skills and systems I require to perform in my role. There are many different pathways in which we can develop and progress ourselves.

It's a fantastic place to work, with great social interaction, supportive colleagues and great incentives and benefits for all colleagues.
Be completely yourself and don't be afraid to ask questions! Everybody is really friendly and supportive and they favour personality over qualifications and skills, as these can be taught.
