Within my role at Openreach I carry out complex order management and control. My role is desk based and we deal heavily with third party suppliers

I enjoy it
I feel there is areas which could be improved. During our apprenticeship we have moved workstack a few times and moved Apprenticeship trainer also which adds confusion
I have received a lot of support from my managers and the business overall. Management are more than happy to help. In terms of mental health and counselling I have been given the opportunity at work to aid my recovery
